Core Values: Every new lead or existing client should come away convinced about our core values:

  • Contact new inbound leads to build rapport, discuss their needs, identify their goals, advise them on the most appropriate solutions to help grow their businesses, and close long-term sales contracts and subscriptions.
  • Strengthen relationships with existing clients by assisting them in tracking the ROI of their marketing solutions, offering new insights and developing creative solutions to maximise the potential of their marketing efforts.
  • Assist in driving sales, managing the day-to-day operation and monitoring the efficiency of our print management platform, The Personal Print Portal.
  • Cross-sell and up-sell to existing leads and clients.
  • Be proactive in adding value to clients by out-of-the-box problem-solving to contribute to their overall success beyond just closing a sale.
