Graduate/Junior Graphic Designer
Job Overview:
The Flow Group provides multiple marketing and fulfilment services, including Graphic Design, Direct Mail, Hybrid Mail, Pick & Pack, and more. Being a combination of four Brands, Flow Fulfilment, Mr Flyer, The Personal Print Portal and The Co. Brand, we aim to educate, advise and provide solutions for our clients to build their business as simple as possible.
Job Purpose:
We're looking for a Junior Designer who is eager to learn and work across a variety of design assignments, including working closely with our clients to deliver outstanding artwork that varies from print to digital to help build their brand. You'll also be working to develop The Flow Group's brands and strengthen our brand values through the same or similar methods to our clients.
Responsibilities:
The role will be varied, creative and consistently evolving, and your responsibilities will include:
- Executing creative campaigns for clients. Predominantly for door to door and direct mail, but with the scope to cover branding, logo creation, and artwork for print.
- Creating artwork for the group's brands. This includes branding, marketing material, website design and digital artwork.
- Creating engaging social media and email marketing campaigns for the group's brands.
Requirements:
- Degree level or equivalent experience in design
- A strong portfolio demonstrating your skill set across a range of media
- Proficient in the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Meticulous eye for detail and creative problem solver
- Positive and proactive attitude
Desirable Skills (Not Essential):
- A minimum of 1 years design experience
- Basic understanding of HTML and CSS
- Experience with video editing and motion graphics animation
- Knowledge of artwork for print, production and finishes
- An understanding and interest in marketing principles

Basic Job Details
Start Date: From w/c 20/06/22.
Contract: Permanent, with a three month probation period.
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours p/w, Monday - Friday.
Salary: Starting at £22,000, plus bonuses.
On successfully passing your probation period, you will also be entitled to join our Pension Scheme.
