What's more, we champion sustainable, eco-friendly marketing and fulfilment. In July 2023 we launched Greener Mail and became an accredited Carbon Balanced Printer with the World Land Trust, which enables all our brands to provide carbon-balanced (offset) print and packaging.
Flow is our founding business. First established in 2008, we originated as a contract packing company and have now expanded into direct mail and pick & pack. The ability to provide efficient and accurate bespoke fulfilment across a wide range of services is the standout strength of Flow Fulfilment. We attract clients from many industries each recognising the benefits of outsourcing complex work. Mr Flyer was the first merger we embarked on, completing in March 2020. With beginnings as a flyer distribution fulfilment company, at a peak employing 40 people, the model is now that of a marketing agency - expertise in-house, fulfilment outsourced. Of course, now part of The Flow Group, direct mail is fulfilled internally. Mr Flyer sells on a consultative approach, competing on adding the most value. The Co. brand (short for company) began as an SEO opportunity to market our forthcoming Hybrid Mail service more effectively. We purchased the domain hybridmailcompany.co.uk. However, not only did we want to roll that model out for our existing services, but to do so with a difference! Our Co. brands are SAAS platforms, whereby you can order each of our services, ALL online. Leaflet Distribution Company is the first to launch in October 2023, with many more to promptly follow. The overarching brand, Business Building Company ties together these brands.Visit website
We acquired TPPP in December 2020 as we identified printing as our ‘missing piece’ in the Group. TPPP is a SAAS (software as a service) platform-based business that provides personalised print portals so that you no longer need to purchase your print from multiple sites or wait on a print manager to fulfil your print. We provide everything from business stationery to POS, through to signage, uniforms and every other printable item you can conceive! The portal is also available as a white-label offering, perfect for franchisors, marketing companies and printing companies.Visit website
Greener Mail is our latest and most exciting brand, launched in July 2023. We set out to provide our services so much greener - but not a surface level, plant a couple of trees idea - instead, a genuinely and instantly beneficial, more sustainable set of services. Established in 2008 by three friends Richard, Helen and Mick.
Flow was created with one simple goal, to help businesses save money on their mailing and fulfilment, reduce their stress during big projects and ultimately increase their revenue and profits. After only a short time in business, we’d become known as the “marketing fulfilment guys”.
