Business Administration Apprentice

As a result of our expansion plans and continued ongoing success, we are looking to appoint a full-time Business Administration Apprentice to join our Sales & Marketing Department.

Job Role

We have a brand-new office-based opportunity for an apprentice to join our Sales & Marketing Department to cover two key roles:

1. Sales quotes and processing

You will work alongside the sales team to help build quotes and process jobs for new inbound leads and existing clients. The Sales Team sell artwork for print, business print, door to door distribution, direct mail, pick & pack and contract packing.  

2. Marketing administrator

You will work with the marketing team to ultimately be responsible for all social media marketing. Further, you will upload blogs, send newsletters, and do basic SEO.


If you are professional, with solid IT skills and a quick learner with good communication, this is an excellent opportunity to utilise your skills and work towards a Level 3 Administration qualification. Full training will be given in all aspects of the role.

Start date: From w/c 3/7/2023

Contract: Permanent, with three month probation period 

Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours p/w Monday – Friday 

Salary: Starting at £5.28 p/h. This will increase on successfully passing your probation period. You will also be entitled to join our Pension Scheme.
